BANANA problem

What possible procedures can I make to know the nutritional value of banana. Can its nutritions suitable on producing food supplement out of it?

supplements

Well, supplements are never as good as the real thing because they almost never have the same nutrional value. But, as for knowing what banansa are composed of... you might want to check on google or another search engine. I had to look up the compostion of an egg and google helped alot.
However, I do know that bananas are high in potassium
Hope this helps

I don't think you can say a food is a nutritional supplement, because generally, nutrition supplements are medecines used to add nutrients to the food you already ate.
